Thank you for your continued support of the Minnesota Sheriffs’ Association and law enforcement in Minnesota. We value the services you provide and your role in improving MSA communities.
We are starting our 28th year of the Sustaining Scholarships Partnership. The Sustaining Scholarship allows MSA exhibitors to support law enforcement scholarships and, in turn, receive valuable benefits for this support. This program has allowed MSA to award hundreds of scholarships. Your Partnership will assist the MSA in making our Scholarship Program successful and help law enforcement students complete their education.
The MSA offers three levels of Supporting Scholarship Partnerships and new Sponsorship opportunities for members who want to sponsor events at MSA conferences. All partnerships include a registration fee (a $725 value) for the Summer and Winter Sheriff and Chief Deputy Conferences, along with other benefits as described below.
If you participate in these programs, our MSA team will contact you closer to each conference to ask a few conference-related questions. We look forward to partnering with you in 2025.

The Gold Sustaining Scholarship Partnership will allow you to register and pay once for the calendar year.
$5,000 Gold Sustaining Partnership: Bold indicates additions to the standard membership.
$5,000 GOLD SUSTAINING SCHOLARSHIP PARTNERSHIP includes:
- Standard Exhibitor Booth Space (includes electricity) and preferred placement at ALL 2025 MSA Conference Exhibitor shows, including:
- Sheriffs & Chief Deputy
- PSAP 911
- Jail Programmers, Jail Nurses, and Jail Administrators Conferences.
- Donation to the MSA scholarship fund. You will receive recognition on our website, in our Minnesota Sheriff publication, and in our conference app, indicating a gold sponsor.
- Beautifully designed plaque for your support to display at your booth and/or office. You receive a yearly tab to add to your plaque each renewal year.
- Your company’s name on all conference passports (attendees will ask for your signature, ensuring interaction with most Sheriffs and Chief Deputies).
$2,750 SILVER SUSTAINING SCHOLARSHIP PARTNERSHIP includes:
- Standard Exhibitor Booth Space (includes electricity) at the Sheriff’s 2025 Summer and 2025 Winter Conferences.
- Donation to the MSA scholarship fund. You will receive recognition on our website, our Minnesota Sheriff publication, and at the conference indicating a silver sponsor.
- Beautifully designed plaque for your support to display at your booth and/or office. You receive a yearly tab to add to your plaque each renewal year.
- Your company’s name on the Summer and Winter Conference passports (attendees will ask for your signature, ensuring interaction with most Sheriffs and Chief Deputies).
- Preferred placement at all MSA Conference Exhibitor shows, including
- Sheriff & Chief Deputy
- PSAP 911
